Do you take credit cards?
Visa? Master Card? American Express? Discover?
Yes, under certain circumstances. If you wish to use a credit card, please allow a 24 hour advance notice to assure that you will get a driver that will accept your credit card. Our drivers are independent contractors and some refuse to take credit cards. Thus, we can not guarantee that we will have a driver available that will accept your credit card on short notice.
The driver will request to see the credit card and require picture identification.

Only from corporations, organizations or government agencies that have established an account with Amazing Blue Taxi.

Do you pick up at Detroit Metropolitan Airport?
Yes, just make an advanced reservation. We will need:
1) Your Name
2) The date and time of your arrival
3) The airline and your flight number
4) Your cell phone number
5) Where you wish us to meet you
We will track your flight and be there upon your arrival. It is greatly appreciated if you call us just before boarding at your departure city to confirm your reservation. Also, please call when you land and we will meet you at your designated place and escort you to the cab. Yes, the driver will gladly assist you with your baggage.

Can I request a particular Driver?
Yes, and we will make our very best effort to honor your request. Please, realize that your favorite driver may have other commitments, he is the favorite driver of other customers, also.
Unlike most other cab companies, we actually encourage our customers and drivers to establish a mutual relationship. We know from experience that people like to have, and are more comfortable with a driver they know and like.

Do you take e-mail reservations?
Yes, for orders going to or from Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Also, for customers with out of town business appointments or affairs. We require 24 hour advanced notice.
Please, provide us with:
1) Your Name
2) The date and time you wish to be picked up
3) The name of the place and/or street address
4) A contact phone number where you can be reached
If you are making a reservation to be picked up at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, please provide us with the information listed under airport pick up.
